1. Service description

The PODFY Delivery Portal (delivery.podfy.net) is a read-only service that allows recipients of PODFY proof-of-delivery (POD) emails to view and download their own delivery records. Access is granted via a one-time magic link sent to the email address associated with those records.

2. Eligibility

This portal is intended for individuals who have received POD copy emails from a PODFY tenant (carrier or logistics company). There is no registration process. By using the portal you confirm that you are the rightful recipient of the email address you enter.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access delivery records that do not belong to your email address.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to request magic links or scrape delivery data.
• Circumvent or test the rate-limiting or authentication controls.
• Introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the availability of the service.

4. Data access and retention

The portal shows delivery records linked to your email for the last 60 days under the free tier. Extended retention depends on the plan purchased by the carrier that processed your delivery. PODFY does not guarantee the availability of records beyond the applicable retention period.

5. No account

This portal is intentionally accountless. Your session is maintained by a short-lived cookie (7-day sliding TTL) and does not constitute a registered account. You do not need to sign up or maintain a password.

6. Availability

PODFY operates this portal on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and we reserve the right to perform maintenance, change functionality, or withdraw the service with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

The PODFY software, branding, and portal interface are the property of PODFY. The delivery records (documents, photos, data) belong to the carrier that uploaded them. You may download and retain copies of your own delivery records for personal use.

8. Limitation of liability

PODFY provides this portal as a convenience. We are not a party to the underlying delivery contract between you and the carrier. Any disputes about a delivery should be directed to the carrier. To the extent permitted by law, PODFY's liability for any claim arising from use of this portal is limited to the amount paid for the service (which is zero for recipients on the free tier).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
